It is time I share with you about the little people I take care of each day... and it is always on my mind how I want to post pictures or capture this or that to share with those interested : )
Miriam is ever ready to carry, pick up or (drag) Max around and is becoming more and more a big sister each day. Max beams at her all the time, seeming to say he is so proud of her.
Max is our little eager-beaver. This one has no time for being a baby. He is wanting to move on to bigger and better things all the time. His newest is pulling himself up on everything and standing. This, of course, means there is lots of crashing too.
When he needs to get somewhere, he simply army crawls with his feet pushing him along. He stops every once in a while to test things out by hiking up his rear end for a bit like he has the idea "maybe I'm ready to just stand up and walk now?"
We have to keep reminding ourselves that Max is 6 1/2 months old. Slow down- boy!
Here are some favorite views from the last weeks:
And a fun family photo (with Miriam in "curls" after taking out braids).
The last two pictures courtesy of Matt Anderson- thanks!

ReplyDeleteI decided it was high time I looked up your blogspot! I love your pictures! What sweet children. It's wonderful to see how big Max is! By the way, what was your inspiration for the name Max? We send you our love and our prayers. In care, with a hug, Carolyn
ReplyDeleteMax was simply a name that Jonathan loved and wanted to name our boy...I (Rachel) was not so sure about the name but since I loved the name Miriam, Jonathan chose the name Max : )
