These last few weeks have been surreal with the end of this stage of our journey coming upon us. It seems like we have been in this process forever and that we have become somewhat comfortable with the process. Now that we are stepping out into the unknown there have been many mental and emotional challenges as we start cutting loose from what we know. But we are confident that God is with us in this and has led us this far. Being able to look back on the past few years and how doors have opened and closed and see that it has all worked out for the good gives us great confidence and faith to step out into the unknown towards that which God has called us.

A Quick Update
I just realized it has been several days weeks months since the last post! Here is a quick update. Last month we heard back from JAARS regarding their proposed training program which enabled us to solidify plans for this summer and fall. So here is the brief version. The first week of August we will be heading back to Waxhaw for 15 weeks of training. We'll be back in MN around Thanksgiving and, if all goes well in NC and our support is in, then we hope to head over to Nairobi the last week of December.
